IPO i generally avoid, as no track record of at least 5-10 years

Btw whats the dividend yield like for ABF?
If got 3% still decent

1st trading day banks got sold down hard
Like i said banks seems overvalued at 1.05 book
Maybe will fall towards 0.9 to 1.0 book for a fairer valuation
Considering the oil related loans are not fully out of danger yet

I see then still quite low
Maybe SSB would be a better choice than ABF
ABF if goes back to $1.00 may lose 10% of capital
SSB no need worry about capital losses

Probably not 100%......they need to store some ammo to fight the 4th Telco IMO can also use for expansion

If ipo valued at 2.5 bil
Sell off 75% at least get 1.5bil is a lot
Singtel market cap around 60bil
Making around 4bil in earnings per year
So getting 1.5bil cash is quite significant for sure
Dividend payout can almost double for 2017 if they decide to pay it all out, but unlikely
Maybe dividends 20-50% higher than 2016 would be good enough for me
