The BTO can sell for 1 million ? Don't give people false hope.

This kind of thing v hard to predict. You can sell but nobody wants to buy. Lol.. but as I said who knows. Same as Sentosa cove, who knows nobody interested. I know of a non mature estate (Bukit Panjang ) their 5- room sold at $625k, nobody can predict also.

That's why ask the fellow don't give false hope to others with the over optimistic calculation.
