HDB has given a glimpse on the locations of the upcoming BTO launch in May. They will be located in Yishun, Woodlands, Geylang and Bidadari(Toa Payoh)

Hdb website have photo. Is just beside dakota mrt. The plot is just too good. I think the application rate will be crazy

Good location but not good to raise kids there if you plan to have any.

Ya, i think the one at Geylang is good. Very near to Dakota MRT stn. But being near the geylang lorongs, hmm.

I feel that this May BTO worth considering is only Bidadri and Woodlands only, if I have to consider.

The reason for Woodlands is because, the next plot that the govt will invest heavily to develop is Woodlands. Exciting stuffs coming up. Yishun is a little forsaken. Bidadri, needless to say. Anything there is premium. But wouldn't be my first choice as it could be noisy.

If one is humsup and want to be happy man, no matter where he lives he will be one.

I think Dakota mrt side is still ok... not very near actually. Have a school and a Guillemard road in between. The nearest Lorong is 32 and 34, not much happenings at that side unless I am wrong. Dakota there have some good food if I remember correctly. But won't be cheap.

personally I believe this plot near Dakota is better than kallang one, next to kong hwa, but comparable convenience in location wise, only draw back possibly is no ferris wheel or mbs view? will be very competitive...
any one keen in this area?

The plot in Geylang is a little far from the action, if you know what I mean.

And, I won't get too excited even if I pass that area. It is pretty tame now.
