Anyone knows if at point of bto is unemployed as main applicant and link name with parent also unemployed…. Eligible to choose a flat or not ah?

by the time key collection has job or is just temporary jobless will affect balloting or not

as long as you have 15% for the down payment ,regardless in cash or CPF
as long as you have the means to make the balance payment upon key collection ,(85% balance payment-grant amount-OA balance= remaining you have to cough up)
anyway you have to work continuously for 12 months to be eligible for the grant

i really hope to get to stay in dakota siah. what a wonderful place but as second timer i think low chance

it is under geylang
and it is best to have first timer status given it to hot locations

As an example, with an estimated completion date of 1Q/2Q 2022, it is quite common for the first blocks to be ready for key collection in end-2021. Only occasionally would the contractor fall behind on its schedule and start handing over keys for the first block only in towards mid-2022.

Heard this camp haunted?During nsf do guard duty should be at portdown road...infront was Ayer Rajah camp used to be station there...

My Bto in May 2018 also contractor bankruptcy delay 9 month and expect will compensate us but can collect key in Aug/Sep...

I went see mine got door bell and heard bto install fire alarm also.
