For popular projects maybe 10-20? Non-mature estates average around 30%.

I admit I got aim some mature estate also. But bidadari tio de number too big, even non mature sembawang also got no number

Allocated 822 out of 680 for 4 rm bidadari. My fiancee and I are not choosy about the unit but are more concerned about the estate and location. If get invited for selection, I think 2nd floor we also take haha. My parents got a 3 rm unit for the same project though.

And looking at the dropout rates, finding it hard to be optimistic especially when this is a popular BTO project
