she said she can consider since Dakota mrt is so near to Marina bay!

Cause 3 room Dakota price = Punggol 4 room price
U go for Dakota lei! Then my Punggol more drop out. Haha

Good luck on that. Probably just go buy a 3 room at those good locations and do a nice reno to compensate.

1st timer application ratio 2.7 right..

For mature estate allocation is 85% for FT and 15% for ST if my memory serves me right..so once the ballot results for this first 100% is determine..all the rest will form the q behind which includes the 1.7 FT and the ratio for ST...

Actually mid levels will be the first few to be selected from my observations of matured estates Bto. But of course, it's heng suay.

Got 4 room woodleigh 700+.
