Actually mid levels will be the first few to be selected from my observations of matured estates Bto. But of course, it's heng suay.

Mm , not sure there is a thread jus for Bidadari project. Ya , I will still go for the appointment and see wat unit is left. This bto really see Heng / suay especially mature estate.

Hope got pple give up got low floor also not bad, not picky. Just don't give me 2nd floor cos near dustbin or carport will be noisy.

I know someone who got Bidadari 5-rm queue 1xxx when only 326 flats available for selection
