dropped hdb an email asking about my key collection. the reply was that they will let me know when to collect keys once my application is being processed. i booked my flat nov 6, till now still not processed

My flat selection was on 28 Sep. Did not take any grants. I really did wait it out for quite some time!

Bank loan no grants, your solicitor need to give you the completion date, keys collection within the completion date.

nope no grant, hle approved long ago too. think i might have to wait as long as you to get my keys. hopefully before my hle expire

I was in the same state too. Didn’t request to expedite the process so it took almost 3 full months for my appt date. If rushing to get your flat will have to expedite soon. Hdb can take a very long time to reply. Even calling also cannot get crm.

W u be rushing to move in before CNY?

I din call in to rush them partly becos even if I rush, dun think renovation can start before CNY.

Hubby said dun try to rush to move in before CNY cos he scare wait too rush renovation cannot be done properly.

Hi, my option to purchase date is expired on 05/01/2018. Does it mean I will sign & collect key before this date? So far haven't receive any update.

your keys collection should be in feb 2018 the earliest bah since you only select your unit in nov 17. Min waiting time for keys collection is 3- 4 months after selecting the unit.
