my goodness, i always get redirected back to my officer. so unfortunately for me, i nvr got a chance to speak to the manager

Me too. My manager is SO hard to get hold off. Either on leave or away. Always go into her voice message. Haiz

I think most officer line is always busy. You might want to drop them an email to call you or you can get the Mainline to remind them to call you, you can also check on your key collection date via Mainline.

Sad to say I did send email to my CRM already.. only got standard email reply saying checking on our new flat status.. mainline’s officer said they dont have the information on the keys collection date and I can only check with the CRM directly T_T I also gave mainline officer my contact details for CRM to contact me, which I think twice. But still never receive any calls.

Yours is HDB loan? After grant approval it's within a week to key collection/ sign lease.

If it's bank loan you will be transferred to another CRM handling legal instruments. And your solicitor will give you the completion date, keys collection is about 3 days after completion date.

I had an earlier key collection date reserved for me, but I miss it by a few days because I wanted to ensure I earn the full interest from CPF for Y2017 by withdrawing my CPF strictly after 4th Jan 2018.
