I did. But no reply at all. Never receive any calls.. sad max T_T guess i cant get my keys earlier liao.. :(

eh no, not manager in charge of your area. they will direct you to the officer in charge of your application. then from there, you can liaise directly with him/her :s8:

Hi all. Anyone know tat if we apply under MCPS, but some of flat are within 2km. Some are not. Example. 50 unit available and only 20 unit are within 2km.
In tat case mcps stil work?
Anyone have same problem but stil can get nice ballot number?

Congrats 🎉

Yts called up the CRM, she told me that next week will receive letter regarding the grant of approval but yts we receive a letter from HDB saying that our grant need 6weeks to be approve. So confused 🤷🏻*♀️
Then Asked when can I collect the key, she told me appointment not fix but will expedite for me .

So just wait and wait bah
