Gotten 7x/81 for kallang/whampoa sobf....

But chinese quota is only 63. Anybody knows the general drop out rate for past sobf?

congrats! That's a good ballot number. You will definitely have a unit, don't worry about past data.

I notice commonwealth one is built finish already with price of almost 800k. With a 10% downpayment, that means must loan 720k. To loan 720k need a combined income of almost 11k leh.

Is this why flat built finish in 2015 but still have like 10+ units left there?

Got my queue 4x/87 @ yishunn area ‼️
Selection exercise tentatively from oct onwards

2 Your application has been balloted with a queue position of 1, which is within the supply of 87 unit(s) of flats on offer.

Hehe, I get to choose before you.
First time applying LOL.

I'm a first timer and has rejected flat selection 1 time already.

Now, I have a 2nd chance for flat selection next week but it's left with just level 2 & 3 units.

Anyone heard about waiver of chance? I would want to reject this flat selection again, then I'll considered as a second timer.

The price will keep increasing over the year and to keep up with current market price at relative estate.
Aka, normally the sobf price will be much more expensive than the Bto launch price, but when the market is bad, the price will goes down too, but very rare.

800k 😱, might as well go buy EC

Level 2 & 3 actually not bad one, I'm staying at lvl 2, u just need to choose the unit which is facing wind flow one.

Or can try ROF in August, if the application close before ur selection, u will still be considered as first timer on this ROF application

anyone have has idea how the new ROF scheme work?
thinking of balloting Aug..then my old number will be void right.
wonder how the crowd will be like..:s22:

Click here to see sobf vs rof

For those who r still wondering whether to apply or not,

1. As long as u haven't book a house (pay $1k-2k for selection), u can go ahead n apply any launch n ur current number won't be void. Eg. I applied Nov sobf n got number XXX (selection in July), I also go ahead n applied May sobf, my number XXX won't be void.

2. But there's a catch, if u happily apply too many n got cui number, u might facing the risk to reject, once, twice, then downgrade to second timer for a year.

3. The 1 year second timer period starts from the day u reject the 2nd selection. My first reject was 4yrs back (yes they r very efficient n count in rejection which was 4yrs back) n the recent reject makes me a second timer.

Hi all, i got a qns to asked. 4 years ago, i have rejected a BTO queue number. Can i check if that record still counts towards 2nd timer if i rejected this round too?

Are there any expiry to rejection of bto?

My bad - qns answered above!! Sorry!

But shouldn't the price get a big jump when MOP is over then can sell? As the location is right beside mrt sia so considered quite good. The scary thing is that SBF flat is 800k already, imagine when able to sell in open market later sure will be different price.

I thought SBF price should still be significantly cheaper? Because supposedly buying at subsidied rate from hdb right? I just can't wrap my head around how a flat from hdb can cost 800k now.

agree..the more worrying trend is the price difference in mature vs non mature seems to get bigger and bigger... nowadays if wanna live in mature area, can only afford 2 room😂😂😂 really bo lui

anw, does anyone know whether punggol 3 room premium flat is very highly sought after? I am really worried, got no. 29 out of 17 units available... do I still have chance to get any unit? slim? very slim?
