As per HDB:

For BTO sales launches in non-mature estates, a first-timer family/ couple will get additional chances if the first 2 applications were unsuccessful.

Additional chances are not given for SBF and BTO sales launches in mature estates as the supply of those flats is limited.

Appointment dates will be given till how many % of the flats available?

I mean the overlap is not the unit, but the selection timing...
like I get lousy number for SBF, selection only start october
but if I get front number for ROF, selection can be even earlier or about same time as that...

do you know if I got 2 queue number, (1 for SBF, 1 for ROF), after I select 1 unit, if the other one is better, can I like forfeit the option fee and go select the 2nd one later? or is it the number automatically forfeit ah? lol

Once you select a unit, the subsequent appointment will be cancelled.

I previously got 72/59.
I could still choose from a little less than 10units (but only one 6th floor, the rest all 2nd floor).

I would suggest that you just apply for the ROF. No harm applying. They will give you a queue number a week later, like about mid august? You will get a text message of your queue number. By then you should more or less know your chances of selecting the unit you want. Also, if you choose to reject, it will not affect any First-Timer status that you might have. ROF has no priority schemes.

wahh, so for ROF first timer if reject 2 times wont get demolished to 2nd timer for 1 year?

Aiming 4 rm.. but not sure the people in front will choose completed or pending completion in 2019 Q1. My q number is 2x

So far I read that drop out rate is 30% ish, so u might have a chance! But out of 34 there is only like 15 that I'm looking at. The repurchased one I don't think anyone will want..
