you need to refer to your letter stated who is your estate manager and from there you write in to request.

Nov sbf, onli 31 units for Kallang Whampoa....hdb already stated 2nd timer no quota.....so is only game for 1st timer with priority scheme....see who will be the lucky one.....I think out of this 31 units, at least half will be in Whampoa

I'm a Spore citizen my mom is PR and I was told I'm not entitled to any grant?

My fiancé is a SGrean n I'm a PR, we thought that the amount of grant will be halved as I'm not SGrean, but this is not true. However my husband will be the sole recipient of the grant.

Both of us are first timers applied using the fiance-fiancee scheme. So I'm not sure about ur situation...

Just found the info....Whampoa dew still have high floor....resale value can come close to 800k.....Bendemeer light 10a still got high floor....that one resale can go close to 900k....those got good ballot number is like striking toto...

You still can apply for Nov SBF but 95% will be cater for 1st timer,
December appt should be left with very few units, depends if you are in first or last week of dec.

I think you can consider.
By the time, your appt comes round.. you might still be able to select since alot of ppl would have given up. If you are not too picky, then might be able to select.

But do keep in mind of your status (First or Second Timer), priority eligibility and cancellation counts (if First Timer). Cos at the end of the day, you could get stuck in the same situation as you are now.

My flat selection 6 September. How bout u ? I really hopes that the key collection date will be in this months coz my hle gonna expire end of this month. Huhhhh.
