When sell the flat , need to pay back grant

Or the grant is referring to the resale levy for next purchase ?

Too confused with much saying . My friends say if kana, ask me mai take grant

Grants is go back into your CPF.

If u buy a NEW flat you need to pay resale levy based on your previous flat type.

If buy a RESALE flat/Private then no need pay resale levy.

Need to pay back but not sure in what form and I think pr0dygi is right

You May Face a Hefty Resale Levy When You Buy a New Flat
If you sell your subsidised flat in future to buy a BTO, Sales of Balance Flat (SOBF) or Executive Condo (EC), you may be slapped with a resale levy of up to $50,000. So if you are planning to upgrade in future, do keep this in mind. But of course, do note regulations change all the time in Singapore, so you never know.

The Grant amt will be back to your cpf account. Together with the amount of money u used to pay thr flat+interest all back to ur cpf.

He will come by 11 a.m
He will come before 11 a.m. He might come at 10 a.m. or even at 9 a.m., this will be still considered "by 11 a.m." The main thing is that when the clock strikes 11 a.m. he will already be there.

hahaha by august so anytime before 31 ... because before 31 is still aug ... which is correct like ur time example ... by 7pm means anytime before 7pm ...

makes sense now ?

Let say When u purchased a hdb with 20k grant, then decide to sell it off afterwards, then this 20k grant is tied to u n will go to ur cpf acct.
If the net gain from the selling is 50k cash, u will only get 20k+ cuz 20k with interest incurred need to "return" to ur cpf
Somemore if u going to buy bto/new EC in ur second purchase, resale levy will be imposed according to room size, no resale levy if u going to buy EC (sales launched before 9 Dec 2013)/ resale market/ private property

doesnt seem like today anymore, usually if 4pm, by 3.40ish link start to appear and stuffs..maybe next week

August 31 is August, so it's not By August alr.

By 11am means haven't 11am will reach.
In that sense...
By August means haven't August will reach.

ANYWAY...... Lets just agree to disagree.

Whatever it is, just hope it gives us result ASAP la! :s13:
