informed by hdb that is does not matter at all even when your otp expired and you have not informed of your key collection dates as you have already selected your unit and is not a concern anymore

We will likely only start reno after CNY. I suppose our reno, even if simple, will take about 7-8 weeks.

Have you sold your current place?

Just got our keys collection appt date!
Selected on 20 Nov. No grant.
We emailed and ask our hdb officer to expedite 2 days ago, she replied within 5 minutes that she will process for urgent keys collection. And we got our appt date in less than 48 hours! Not all hdb officers are MIA and inefficient. :)

For those collecting keys, have you read through Annex I (Part A ) under fees payable during key collection, there are few terms which i dun understand :

(d) Mortgage In-Escrow Regn Fees
(e) Mortgage Stamp Fee
(f) Survey Fee

Can anyone explain what are all these for?

Why do (d) & (e) come into the picture when there is no mortgage involved
and we need to pay for that?

Why do we have to pay for survey fees as well? Isnt this the job for hdb during handover time from the main con to them.
