Mine was 16 Oct!

How did they tell you it is approved? I have been waiting 4 months already still no news

They sent an email telling us that there was an outcome and got ya to check the myhdb page. But I’ve been periodically logging in and checking! Have you called up your officer?

Grant approve will they notify u thru sms ?

No they won’t, have to log in and check yourself, or wait for the email telling you the status has been updated.

Yea, Defect Check report within 7days.
Defect rectification will be completed after 14 working days.

If you noticed any cement patches on the floor, you need to use a rod to hit it, ensure that it’s not hollow, if it’s hollow then it’ll crack in future regardless of any flooring type (vinyl/ ceramic tiles) it’ll be compromised except carpet.

Yes but it’s not very very tight but try to report defects within 7 days, thereafter they’ll fix it with 14 working days. If there’s re-rectification of the Defects after its first rectification it will take additional few days before you can start renovation. So renovation cannot be done during the 14 days not even aircon installation.

just got a reply from hdb regarding my key collection.

my OTP expires 8 feb so i ask if will be getting keys before that. she confirmed that before 8 feb is definitely not possible, still in the midst of checking. expiry of otp will be extended automatically.

once ready will sms and email

Mine is 16-Nov-2017 Punggol. No idea when will be my turn to collect the key. FYI, we don't apply grant...

I selected my unit on 1st November and collected my keys on 30th Jan (without any grant)

But I can only open door on Sat

A lot of forms to be filled. Then they will ask you go up to pay money to town council. I think around 1 hour.
