Hope they can remove the label of mature and non mature estates.
Public Housing is not CBD or Non CBD kind of thing for local born Singaporean.

Of course higher the most since u paid the most also.

What’s most impt is the difference between what u paid and the amount u sold.

The higher value is there for higher floor/Top floor as many buyers tend to look for high floor. Of course it is not guaranteed. Reasons can be example unit condition is not so good. Seller urgent to sell .
Etc...

Excuse me. My child and I is singaporean. Just because I choose to marry a foreigner doesnt mean Im not entitled to purchase a unit from HDB. Lol. Extra room for his family when they come to "visit", not to reside permanently.

I have applied the Nov 2022 BTO and I am choosing my unit in 2 weeks. However I applied under MCPS scheme and just realise that I have to bring my mother in law along when selecting the flat or to get her to sign the authorization letter, and some say they can do it on video call and show IC, have to bring photocopy of IC along. But we are not in good term with her and my husband have cut contact with her due to some family complications. And we applied it under her address as the BTO location is just opposite his mum house. Can i just tell HDB that she cannot video call or come? Or can i just go select the unit and tell them to just remove me from this scheme and let go of the grant? I don’t care about the grant, i only want a flat there and we have been bto-ing for 4 years and finally got a good number that is within the amount of unit. Previous times was either unsuccessful or x2-3 over the amount of unit.

to remove from this scheme means you have to forgo the current selection number as this exact number is tied to the scheme(likely). you need to call hdb to ask if this ballot result you receive is under mcps.

if it's not then you can ask them for further guidance. if it is then u either get her authorization and signature on form or give up. if they cannot go, they have to sign on the form and you have to bring this + ic

mcps is not about the grant, it's about getting the scheme which in turn will help in securing a valid number. grant is always based on applicants income.

Many of my young colleagues (especially the ones who bought resale 5-room) help parents rent out their flats and move in with them. That is why should keep 5-room in EVERY BTO launches.
The elderlies' rental help in their ownselves medical and pocket allowances a lot.
When elderlies' finish the lives in SG, the whole SG sell to whichever country's highest bidder, no care
That is if they can get along.

I've seen many cases where parents move in then cause a lot of issues and children cannot force them out.

same for me, in the end called their loan department (18008663066) and was told they need me to upload marriage cert, which i already did on 9 may. :unsure:
Never ask them why you uploaded but they never receive?

Next time take screen shot shoot them back.

haha its finally over, hopefully HDB will be back to regular service now. outside of serangoon, actually first timers have a great chance

Your good queue number is MCPS or from public queue?

yes, i have seen the ladies' side already hiam the elderlies low ses before applying. So do not MCPS? Not even 4 km away? Haiz!

You see SBF Toapayoh crazy high....... Seems like everybody went for SBF instead of BTO
