The nowaday 5-room bto flat is only 110 sq. m.
But still popular for the adult kiddos of elderlies already staying in HDB EA/EM EC/pte condo and landed aplenty at Serangoon North. And of course, the Serangoon North circle line MRT ready by 2030

Edit: HDB staff sure kena screw up by this HFE..So late still working, just called up and say only need to upload my ROM cert.. and i'm like duh..Not like i didnt update back in 2013 during my first application..Maybe they think spouse name same but how come different identity number

Well, both our names are on our current flat loan and listed as owner-co owner..

So technically, no idea why they would even need the ROM cert...

Imagine my parents now go apply, they ask for their 1960s marriage cert when both their names are in their current hdb flats as owners..

coz they bought too much nonsense in life, so need space to display / keep those stuff. Ever wonder why storage space rental in sg is such a thriving business?
