My house sembawang 95 years lease last transaction is between 565k to 596k, so hdb confrim will say still "affordable" because is cheaper than resale...

Yishun 4rm still got 300k sobf. Confirm Chop will get snapped up since neighbouring resale all easily 450k. Distance is one thing but you want to pay 50% more for a closer distance or just take the cheaper house. Buyer’s choice.

yea was a struggle for me too, but i managed to get in and confirm the registration no.

Anyone got experience applying SBF using SERS rehousing benefits? Is it priority selection + any possible unit?

Online only states 10% of BTO is reserved for Grassroots + SERS
