Yup I bought a 3 room resale..

The BTO/SOB is for my GF... i previously tried for her

SBF , didnt get queue for 2 room
last BTO - got queue number 1000+ can forget it..
Open booking - got queue but only 1 2 room for single that got snapped up

and then now this is the 2nd BTO i'm trying.. hope she gets it!

actually see the Aug one for 2 room got CCK which i feel better than tengah haha... but i think just get a house now is better than hoping for a good queue.

yea...

i like it alot. v chill, got food and all that nearby..

one of the few places still can see those old mamashop haha

havent moved in yet.. getting keys soon, but parents stay there also so im familiar..

Notice sembawang flat lease left 95 years price range is between 343k to 388k, so ex, just 1 year increase 90k to 100k....

last time I bought SBF 4 years++ ago same block is 284k... now hdb also sell so ex haha....

Now followed private... buy early cheaper, late buyers need to pay more...

u are lucky. this SBF so far some mature areas apply below units, ha ha..
but it does not show no. of each type,, this is the problems

tq, i am yolo i went to apply kallang/whampoa see how it goes. out of that 9 units i only target of 5 units in mind. sound like mission impossible xD

All the best! I managed to shortlist 11 units out of 32 in Tengah If ballot succes hopefully get within number 11 range and below
