Actually am not ooverly annoyed by those old old movies.

What really pissed me off was perpetual repeat almost every movie in those channels.

It's NOT months, it's several years!

Damm, about time to F the box away.

Ya. Sundance Channel is an example. Same shows from 5 years ago.

For Andriod, yes. Cocked up big time for the past 4 weeks or so. My Xoom has always been good but video can't show nowaday. Even force close app or clear files and cache or reboot Xoom no use.

However, no problem on iOS. iPad 2 running the app smoothly.

Poor QC.

For SingtelTVGo app, best to run on IOS devices. There's so many versions of Android tablets out there. The update firmware cannot keep up, I guess

If they want to support the fragmented Andriod market then they have to take care of such things. No reason to release an app that will not work, Android or not.

I would actually prefer a Windows desktop program. That will make so much more sense.

SingtelTV treating their subscriber like having dementia. Same movie over and over for years. Hoping no one notice.

Anyway i have found another substitute, Youtube. More variety and far more exciting to watch.

I dream of a feature where the UI can pull out or highlight programmed from various channels.

For example, if you select movies, the UI will highlight movies from KIX, Disney, Sony and all those variety channels, not just limited to standard movie programmes.

If you select food or cooking, it will select relevant programs.

All these selection will then be shown on multiview interface.

Currently it's available on miostadium only, with limited features.

Seems like the app only supports selected devices including the motoroloa xoom if they are running Android 4.0.4 version & above.

perhaps your xoom is not on Kit Kat? The last app update was 10 march.

The Singapore Xoom can only support up to 4.0.4 (in the normal system update), no later. So Kit Kat cannot be updated unless rooting. The Play Store list is also not that accurate. Xoom must have "local" firmware (meaing those bought locally) otherwise not supported. Other region firmware not supported. So rooting will not work.

In any way, the app will support Xoom with Andriod 4.0.4 with only local firmware only.

Anyone experiencing image freezing and constant pixelated stuttered screen these two days?

yes i have been experiencing it since i sign up for bpl for 2 to 3 years... complain and complain... nth has been done... u can pm me whats ur problem too!

i emailed them to ask them for a solution. the kind support sent me the app . but after it updated to newer version, it is no longer working.

I am still waiting their email reply.


hopefully they just make it compatible to 1+ la.. every version update have to find them very bo eng

Anyone has issue with the new Singtel TV Go app? I am using One+ and previously can run Mio TV app smoothly. Now with the new version, G store is saying my device is not compatible with the app and I can't run the app anymore. Any workaround?

Hi, my family+ is going to due, thinking of changing to starhub for refresh viewing and more documentaries channels. is the programs in HD? Thanks.

Not sure every channel is HD but definitely all channels screen format same. Singteltv screen format in not uniform.

heard starhub charge extra for HD leh is it true? but admit their cable tv more stable than MIO IPTV tech

Yup, they have different set top box for HD and recordable. Singtel only have 2 types: recordable or not, both versions are HD capable.

some channels are not in HD, depends on the source.

Anyone here subscribed to Mio Sports? Audio soft okay. No problem. Up the volume to like 37. Wow can hear the crowd cheering so loud. Problem solved right? No. I cant even hear the ****ing commentators. The only time I can hear them is when a goal is scored and they shout in joy then their volume is decent. The rest of the time all I hear is SUPER loud crowd and the commentators murmuring... ****ing hell...

let me guess Serie A is it? The commentating in that league seems to have serious issues cos the crowd can get so loud till cannot hear the commentator haizz

Other channels same issue with volume.

Try changing other channel without adjusting tv volume.

It's our service provider standard. Happily collect subscription but cannot deliver decent service.

I watch BPL, Champions League, La Liga......with no volume issue that you described
