Recently singtel called me offering to help install set top box for me and in addition will open all mio tv channels to me to watch for 1 month. Just now technician came down to install. Now watching, no need pay a single cent. Song dah....

Which channel you watching? Try changing the aspect ratio of the screen. Press the lowest bottom right button on the remote.

Think most users are using the Motorola box, which is the older one that Singtel provide for its users.
Yours should be the newer box, which could be the Tatung or Cisco brand.

All my mediacorp channels do not have subtitles regardless of language.
