just installed mio tv today.. i have on demand channel like documentary on demand.. do i need to pay extra if i watch the videos on this channel?

Btw this channel is free as included in family channels

Thanks. It helps a little. So I can say my HDMI cable no good or my Full HD TV lousy? I want to watch my soccer in 1080i if possible.

u can check the channel on the website.

any hello shop / roadshow can subscribe. but best to subscribe during roadshow becos the installation / activation fees might be waived.

Has anyone change from ADSL to singnet explore home fibre plan

Has anyone installed mio TV via fibre optics network yet.I read that someone has changed from ADSL to singnet explore home fibre plan due to line problems that they are experiencing and fibre should not need old copper fixed line.The manjority has sign up for FTTH explore home plan with BB,Voice and mio TV.

Start up lag on mio TV CH 102 mio Stadium HD channels

When I start up my mio TV,the problem I facing is HD Mio Stadium Channel 102 and after 8 seconds,the channel just hanged for around 1-2 mins sometimes 2-25 seconds and sometimes after 8 seconds are okay.SD channels on mio TV is not affected.Can anyone advise and anyone is having such problem before.This problem only affects on ADSL mio TV only.My modem is AZTECH DSL1000ER(T) which is provide with my 2nd home line with my mio TV

I subscribed miotv last sept because of BPL, contract is one year and now singtel got this broadband plan that with come 15mps broadband + 1.5m mobile broadband and miotv for $90 and also come with free apple macbook, so can i upgrape to this plan?

Intermittent service distruption of SingTel Mio TV

Anyone of you here got no signal issue with mio TV just now.Mine on ADSL have this problem just now and I will have to reboot this mio TV STB.Anyone here got the same issues on fibre as mine on DSL.Audio on mio TV is sluttering like hell also.

Intermittent service distruption of SingTel Mio Home at 1 of my friends house

A friend of mine got mio TV,Broadband and phone line link down and both of his 2wire and Aztech DSL1000ER(T) Dsl light blinks for no reason.His image on TV hanged,Internet down and phone line have no ring tone also.Singtel has yet to rectify this problem at one of my friends house.Mine is okay just my friends house got line problem.My friend was without net for 1 week already liao.

MIO HOME SERVICE DOWN

My mio TV is down since 4 days ago.My Broadband and phone line is also down.Anyone has the same problem as me.SingTel said my mio Aztech modem is also DOWN since 4 days ago!!!My 2wire mio modem has link failed with INTERNET led turned red since 17/3/11.They said is upgrading causes this.

the 1st step turn on modem/router aztech 1000er, wait until green steady dsl then turn on setup box. is that step correct?
when turn off, 1st, turn off setup box, then modem/router. is that step correct?
