Hi guys,
i just subscribed the MioTV home sport package,and anyone can share how is the installation process like?

For example any drilling process,and usually how long does it takes to for them to finish installing?

technician will come to your place with miotv STB and modem. if ur adsl port is near ur tv then things will be simple.

they will test if ur adsl port is working, then connect the micro filter to your adsl port, then connect it to the modem, and from modem connect to the STB. hdmi to tv. thats all.

if u have other adsl ports at home, he will give u the extra micro filters to plug into the other ports.

then he will test the channels to see if its working. once done and no problem, thats it. he will leave.

Hi, I am on mio tv explore home 100 for 2 mths already, and these 2 days experience no signal on most of the free channels and on the olympic channels. The internet no problem. Try troubleshooting with the tech guy, and finally arrange a technician down this coming thurs. Anyone have this problem?

Is anyone using the new tatung 2300 box instead of the motorola model? Wanted to check what are the resolution options for the new tatung box. Was hoping it suppose native mode compared to forcing you to choose a resolution like 720p or 1080i.

Resolution options same as the VIP1200 (Motorola).

Its up to u to go with 4:3 or stretch mode via remote. The installer by default will configure to stretch mode due to HD content that is on 16:9.
