I don’t see any pic on the tv. The power button just remains red and no signal detected by tv
Do a swap with other STB.
Working STB to this location
& this STB to another location.

I did. Faulty STB remained faulty in working location

Then confirm stb issue Liao...
Faulty stb... confirmed.
Request for new stb for replacement.
Likely past replacement were repaired &or refurbished sets.

Will they? I thought only will bill you when you terminate the service but never give back the items?
I got controller issue, got power adapter issue, also no need to bring the 3 things along..
Not necessary as it may be the power adapter issue... for them to check.
As it is better to have change the complete set.

LOL. Anyhow la you. It’s their corporate responsibility to recycle electronic waste and not just singtel, other telcos and even electronics giants are doing the same to save the earth.
I got exchanged remote Controllers before and they all come with the plastic protectors, and once torn away, the casing is new and not even scratched, not even the buttons are yellowish like mine..

SingTel tv will only work wireless with singtel wifi mesh..
