Currently the best way to watch epl if you are not singtel Fibre customer is to sign up via their cast app and subscribe to the no contract sports plus plan?

Seriously?! So say a My Republic fibre BB user can sign up for Singtel TV? Zun boh?
If your MR broadband is using port 1 of the TP, Singtel will use port 2 of the TP to provision the Singtel TV service without need of subscribing to Singtel fibre broadband.

This is why there are 2 ports on FTP as for Internet and Pay-TV services separately by 2 Service Providers, ideally and competition.

Technically it's possible, because Singtel doesn't enforce Singtel TV subscribers to sign up for Singtel fibre bb too.

confirmed - i am non Singtel Fiber user and another port was activated and TV is delivered by another fiber line connected to a fiber in+ ethernet out "gateway" (no wifi capability) to the singtel tv box
