I wish to subscribe to Fibre tv.
Can i ask whats the best way for connection?
My ont is at the main door, very far from the living.
But I have a data point in living beside my tv console.

Hi yooooz,

Thanks for checking.

If the data point is next to your TV console, that should work to connect the Singtel ONR (which is likely near your main door) to your Singtel TV set-top box (next to your TV).

Otherwise, subject to our field engineer's assessment and recommendation, the wireless home bridge or additional cabling may be viable solutions as well.

Do let us know if you'd like to our sales colleagues to be in touch with a Singtel TV offer for your consideration.

Hi Advancer,

Singtel CAST enables 2 users to stream 2 different channels on a single subscription account concurrently.

LG smart TV sets are not compatible with Singtel CAST at this point of time. Kindly refer to the list of supported devices (including mobile phones and smart TV models) here.

Thanks.

How many devices can I log in to watch using the cast app at 1 time?
How am I able to watch ony LG smart TV which is not on Android platform?

Thanks xiaofan for your suggestion, he is right!

kenzie, in terms of pricing and value for Premier League coverage, the best offer right now is Singtel CAST Sports Plus pack.

You get full access to all 10 Premier League game per match week live either on the CAST mobile app or compatible smart TV sets in HD. With one subscription, 2 users can catch 2 different games simultaneously.

You can subscribe monthly at $49.90 with no contract - so no worries about commitment. And you don't need to be a current Singtel customer because we have enabled anyone with a valid credit or debit card to sign up.

Let us know if you have any further queries.

Is catch up feature included with the plan? Example of watching the match when i woke up in the morning if i missed the live.

Just to clarify, in this case there will be no requirement to do extra cabling?

Hi yooooz,

It will likely require our field engineer to visit and assess your premises to determine and recommend if additional cabling is required, if you sign up with us.

Thanks.

Anyone got this mio TV problem.

Every 15 mins to an hour, the mio TV started to stutters and then reboot on its own.

Change 3 mio TV box still the same, and the tech guy comes to my house can only solve it for an hour and when he left the same problem comes back.

Call 1688, all they do is to ask me to turn every thing off and restart.

I cannot keep restarting the mio TV box and home internet every 30 mins. Just to watch an hour of TV program.

Hi Singtel, I subscribed to Singtel TV Go but I am not able to access Home View in the mobile app even though my mobile is already connected to Singtel fibre via wifi. The message was "you need to connect to your home singtel fibre wifi to use this function".

Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks

Hi Jas007,

Is your AirTies 4930 connected by cable to your Singtel ONR? If so, the firmware update should be pushed automatically to your unit.

Are you able to tell what your current firmware version is? Could you share under what conditions are you losing connectivity?

Could you also PM us your Singnet ID, name and contact no. please?

That's very disappointing. I was planning to sign up for the $49.90 Premier League package - till I found out that my LG Smart TV isn't supported. No syiok watching soccer on a tiny phone screen or tablet. When are you planning to support LG TV? I'm sure there are many LG TV owners out there.
