There are only 4 locations island wide to return setup box. In east it is Tampines mall, Central is Exeter Road. Cant remember the west and north is which place. I went to Tampines Mall.

central is Singtel Comcentre
Northern is singtel causeway point

need to take up $10/mth mesh bundle for 39.90 deal ? My fibre and singtel tv contract had end and looking to switch or recontract if deal is good ..

no need take up mesh bundle. just the 1gbps fibre alone and give u FOC AC plus router. last sat i went to singtel shop at JP... the offer is better then comex. maybe u can go singtel shop and ask?

At singtel shop now but sale staff said need to take up mesh bundle, total 49.90/mth. Confirm yours no bundle??

100% chop no need bundle with mesh. i was recontract at jurong point singtel shop. and the person give me a letter to redeem for the ac plus router. the agreement contract also say its only 39.90

did u go to Singtel Exclusive Retailer? which singtel outlets did u go?

Thinking of changing my Singtel Fibre to starhub/m1, after changing i still can use my MIO TV right?

And the setup will be two ONT and one router am i right?

You will retain your ST ONT for TV, then your other ISP will provide another ONT for your broadband

my mio tv is connected to my router now

i just unplug and plug it into the singtel ONT that should work?

Still not able to take up $39.9 plan. Even call CS and was told for selected customer with mailer, all the ********.. And after that said promo no more already..

Those who have starhub/m1 fibre how do you set up your Miotv? Mine i currently set up as SINGTE ONT > Router > Miotv set top box

i thought i can just forgo the router and connect it directly to ONT?

I've terminated the miotv 2 yrs ago but singtel doesn't want to take back the box. Nw collecting dust. How do i return it?

@Singtel, could you please send me a PM with your contact details. I am facing an issue with the Singtel 1688 / webchat agents being rather difficult about issuing me a WHB despite the FE assessing and concluding that a WHB would be both a viable and best solution. Thanks.
