i'm existing explore home 200 customer with mio tv free 20 family channels, so now singtel have changed the plan, would existing explore home customer have the new welcome pack too? :eek:

it's unfair for existing explore home customer!

because we would not know that, Singtel has changed the plan, if not, i will not sign up so early :mad:

I feel the same way like you after reading it and found it too late.. :( This
bloody Singtel only good at play hide and seek from us.. Next time must
wait till coming I.T show than see got any good offer again.. Now have to
bear with it..

wait till coming I.T show than see got any good offer again.. Now have to
bear with it..

I hope Singtel can do something about the changed plan for existing explore home customer..

If mio TV failed you again, then it is not mio TV itself but something else that failed you.

I watched the entire same Aresenal - Chelsea match no problem, as well as the Norwich - Liverpool and Man U - Spurs matches.

Mine was no problem....best you ask the technical tram to come down n check yr lines.

Think I'm going to cancel the service.

my miotv contract will expire next month
i thinking of switch to green pipe.
do i need to return miotv setup box and the comtrend homeplug
which come in a package

Comtrend homeplug is yours (u paid it in 6 months instalment @ $12 per month).

Just return the settop box, the remote, power cable.

hi,

do you know which are the free family channels? my bill stated that my plan comes with free family channels but i do not know what channels and how to access them :(
