Call them and tell them you want Aztech 7000. The one you have is Pace 5520.
OK. Will do that if the Pace gives more problems. Called and they helped fix the problem. Said best to turn both the gateway and fibre box off and on once in a while.
- turn off gateway
- pull power plug on fibre box
- put back power plug on fibre box
- turn on gateway

Macham the procedure for jump-starting car with dead battery :)

Hi,
I have an extra mioTV set top box lying around.
My friend's mioTV is on ADSL. I want to plug the set top box into one of the remaining LAN ports on the Singtel router and use it on another TV. Can it be done? Or do I have to sign up with Singtel for the rental of 2nd set top box?
Thanks.

Does that mean your connection is Fibre?
In that case, i dont think it will work.

No, I mean mioTV on ADSL line.
I read around the forums. It seems like bandwidth may be the problem. Normally Singtel needs to add additional telephone line for addition set top box.

How about mioTV on fibre then? Can I use a switch to connect my 2nd set top box? Or do I have to officially rent the 2nd set top box from Singtel?

Thanks.

You can try, but i believe any additional set top box (ADSL or Fibre) has to be configured to be part of the system. Merely joining another set top box may lead to issues.

i'm on 50 Mbps mio home sports. 82/mth. Looking at it if recontract
will be 115/mth with 150mMbps. Sad.

How about if you dont recontract and continue monthly payment. Do you still have to pay the revised amount for BPL or it will come into effect only if you recontact again?

Hopefully will be like what Jas007 say...slightly higher. Can only wait and see.

from their FAQ

3. I am currently subscribed to mio Stadium Pack / FOX Sports Pack / Twin Pack / Sports Pack / Combo Packs / Ultimate Pack / Ultimate Plus / Sports+ / Sports Combos / Gold Packs (before 26 April 2013). How will I be impacted by the launch of new BPL content packs?

You can continue to enjoy your current subscription till the end of the contract. We will keep you notified in due course should there be any changes.

I guess sooner or later have to pay the higher rates.:(
