Erm depends which model of STB ypu are using. I'm using the motorola model, so it hets reset by keep pressing and holding the ppwer button. After 3 tries consecutively, the gear icon appears and new software will be downloaded and installed..

miotv cannot be delivered through non-singtel fibre.

but miotv itself can be delivered through ADSL line.

I also having same problem. Reset the STB but problem still exist. Are you using HDMI connection?
