As early as first half of next year, mioTV customers can have their mioTV connected to the StarHub cable point!

ANyone subscribing to mio tv gold sports pack? Can I pay you $10 a mth to let me use the Mio tv Go app to watch football? So basically your monthly bill will be $10 cheaper cuz of me. I just need to watch Arsenal play every week.. so 4-6 times a mth only depending on whether got champions league or not. You can still continue to watch your Football on your big screen. I'll just be using your account to access the App and stream from there.

I just cancelled my mio tv cuz I find that my tv is off 99% of the time and I just turn it on to watch Arsenal play only, quite a waste of money. I don't watch TV at all.

I can pay you one shot for the whole season if you want.

PM me!!

I'm currently subscribe to miotv but no longer on contract and will be relocating to my new bto soon..just called singtel to inform them about my relocation and the cso said that I would need to subscribe to their fiber broadband to continue watching miotv because due to the cabling in my new bto they are unable to provide the miotv service through the phone line..I do not plan on subscribing to singtel fiber due to me still having a contract with m1..has any one experience this?

Ya. Most new houses don't have telephone socket, like my cousin. Your fibre point got two ports? One for each ?

I went to enquire about signing up MIO TV also. But was told that I will need to have the fibre plan or telephone line with them then can sign up...

Anti Competition infringement?

I thought they are telling consumers that using wireless to watch MioTV is not the best options?

The wireless home bridge was meant for miotv box, but I agree it depends on your home setup and obstruction.
I have one pair myself but when I shifted my miotv box to the living room for my mum to watch, I have since applied the wireless bridge device to my xbox360 ever since its wireless adapter gone kaput. So far it's working fine. My Xbox is in another room, about 5metres diagonally away from router, blocked by a wall.

I see. The reason for my previous post is that in the contract (not sure for all or what) that I have and my relative has, there is a statement in red mentioning that the user acknowledge that using wireless for MIOTV is not the best option (something like that).

Thanks!

I have a dumb question to ask as I have been told differently by the sales advisors when I signed up for the fibre entertainment bundle. How many boxes should I expect when everything is installed? I see three in all. One optical network terminal, one wireless router and one mio box. The sales advisor told me that the optical network terminal and wireless router have assimilated into one box. :s22:

The ST sales advisor is sh!t!

3 boxes is correct:
1 x ONT
1 x router
1 x mioTV set top box (only for mioTV include in your Fibre Ent Bundle)

There is no such thing as an integrated ONT/router from ST at the moment.

3 boxes

1) ONT
2) Router
3) Mio TV box
