Now Singtel wants to "gei gao" and increase rental of HD set-up box from $1.90 to $4.90 monthly, just coz my contract expired.

Hard to swallow this "raising operating costs" justification when my box is still the old Motorola one and nothing else have changed on my end in terms of programs watched etc.

Hahas.. mine will start charging in Dec at 4.90. I guess by then I would have already de-bundled everything. I save alot more than the 25% I'm receiving today..

Nope. I'm on toggle most of the time. I use singtel tv to stream free to air channels in HD. hahas

If the box spoilt, can go to their vendor at 313 Somerset to change.
They charge more for the content. People watch TV channels ba, not the box.

oh.. the movies on sunday will be another reason to sticky my backside at home before monday blues set in..

Oh ya, the free data on sunday must ensure my phone reboots after 0000hrs on sunday.. Thats to ensure users are applying the free data profile or else users might just eat into own data bundle..

I just got my first line (cis plan) nominated over the phone with the help of the cso.
Understand that if I will to keep my current cis plan, I will not be able to enjoy the annual handset upgrade but will still enjoy the 1 x free movie and also the free data on Sunday.

Anyone of you have this situation? Cannot upgrade phone yearly leh z

Do not have. You need to set a combo plan as key line, then u can get the yearly upgrade.

Anyone here broadband very slow nowadays?? Go google something also take very long to load. Using google chrome. Weird thing is when i ping google.com it take 2ms and i restart my mio router few times already too.
