Income documents means payslip & cpf statement ah?

I dont think i will follow a theme lol
I like blinds but i like the curtains too :s11:
Hard to decide cause i seem to like everything :s22:

Haha it sounds like such a stressful process for you guys. I think my heart will stop if I see my desires flats being booked.

Today, 20-04-2017 another 5 will be selecting their units for CCK 4RM. Wow! I hope once everyone do their selections will be active till the signing of agreement/key collection and share tips till then! All the best to everyone!

cherrybee: maybe u can do blinds for study/bed room.. curtains for living / master bedroom.. a mixture!

i have been looking at housing designs for more than a year now. (i believe crazy facebook have figured that out and thus I see so many sponsored ads re: ID. haha)

HAHAHA me too!! Facebook also keeps showing me ID, lightings, curtains etc hahaha!

Selection doesn't take long if you have your docs ready in hand. Only needed all original ICs. The rest photocopy if enough. Since apply for sbf nov 2016, payslips needed will be latest 3 months, and Nov 2015 to Nov 2016. Do note that yearly account statement for 2016 is only for Jan 2016 to Dec 2016, so print as well yearly account statement 2015 so they can see your Nov 2015 contribution. Your own marriage cert is needed too, photocopy is fine.

I applied for MCPS so both parents have to be present during selection OR during sign of agreement. Make sure to bring along their original ICs and photocopy marriage cert. Because you apply to live near either parents, bring along your photocopy birth cert of whoever name that was placed... Meaning: if you apply to stay near husband's parents, your husband's birth cert is needed. (And vice versa)
