OH anyway, it is 8pm already. So confirmed today 2 dropouts.

I did went down to HDB counter to enquire since my office is nearby and I went there for lunch, the officer said usually is about a month before your selection date. Not sure how true.

Walau first time hdb told me 2 weeks before selection date, then another hdb officer said end of the month.
1 week so rush leh zz

I see my sengkang until damn stress. Anyone knows how long will it take to get the keys after first appointment ?

Same future neighbour!! If the flat is ready, signing lease of agreement and keys could be as soon as 3 months

No worries. I suppose like you everyone hope numbers before them will start dropping like flies.
Ultimately this will probably be the biggest investment for many of us and everyone dreams of the perfect home.
Iniatially my spouse had really strict criteria like above 5th level, > 4 bus stops to MRT, not facing rubbish chute etc etc.
Right now we just can't wait, even the most dreaded west sun will be considered.
Commoners like us pay exorbitant prices of 400K up just to get a roof over our heads and we can't be too choosy. Life..

But there will be people that can afford to be picky too. So keep your hopes up! U never know your luck.

Now with the better resale grant, I believe there will be some who will opt for resale and forgo sbf. It's quite an attractive grant amount. EC property prices also quite low with many freebies.
Those higher income group have more selection of choices.

Should be getting soon ba. My appointment is in june, hdb said end of this month should receive.

Yes, they will give you those items 1 week before selection. My appointment is in 1st week of May. And the flat selection package is not sent yet.

Yes, they will give you those items 1 week before selection. My appointment is in 1st week of May. And the flat selection package is not sent yet.

For SBW 4 rooms, given that the current number is Q8, i think 1 day should be 4-5 appts.
Because my queue number is for 3X next thursday. (assuming there are selections every weekday of course).

Really very nervous about this, shortlisted a few flats but there is only 1 unit that i really want! Hope that i can get it.

Current rate for CCK 4RM is 14/20 as of 18/04/2017. Last Q number 25 for 19/04/2016. My current heart rate? Off the charts!!
