Anyone with news on Kallang/Whampoa flat selection?

Me Five!!! Waiting for punggol 4 room. What do you guys think about punggol edge? I'm a bit tempted because of the proximity to mee toh school (probably the best primary school in punggol) but being right next to TPE poses another set of problem. Cannot really decide.

Being right next to the TPE should be fine, juust need some getting used to. Sooner or later, you'll be immune to the traffic noises. These noises will be less prominent if you stay deeper within also.

For punggol edge, i think its considered quite convenient in terms of getting around. Its near meridian mrt and also the expressway bus stop, with so many buses.

I think its quite an okay location overall!

Any one knows the time frame of the income documents they want?
Nov 2015 to Nov 2016?

They tell me need payslip Nov 2015 to Oct 2016, need latest 12 months cpf contribution, need to still have a job in Nov 2016 to qualify for grants.

For income ceiling just need payslip sep 2016 to nov 2016

Punggol edge is the Blk 120-122? I went to see before.. Don't really like the building exterior n the corridor layout Haaa~ but it pretty convenient next to TPE.. Muz see what's yr main priority ^^

I've applied 4 room! Counting down to the release of dates! Haha. If selection starts in May, probably release the dates somewhere 3rd or 4th week or April?

Not yet...but looking at this forum, the tentative selection in May might be pushed back? Not sure, but still no news... =(

Anyways, I am waiting for selection for Kallang Trivista...

Read some guides online say usually means got ah long, theft or bad neighbor. Can just knock and ask the future neighbors if got any problem and also ask whether they like the place. My bro last time want to buy a top floor resale, ask the neighbor they say the wall and ceilings not good got water damage when rain.

Actually if i can't get those ready or going to ready flats by the time, west terra is also a good choice to consider

If I had single digits I would go for Skypeak, nice tall development and plenty of bus options. Beauty World MRT is like 10 minutes away, and you can get to town within 20 minutes from there

Deskoh91, what's ur queue no? Skypeak skyline prices are rather big difference as compare to west terra. And also getting for a lower loan with same high level units as well.

Haha had to give up my number, plans change and I won't be staying with or near parents (but that's good for those behind me!) did plenty of research though. I would pay extra for skypeak frankly, but that's cos I gotta rely on PT

Hi all! Yea skypeak prices are really significantly higher than the rest. Although the two remaining units facing outwards are quite high and attractive. My partner and I can barely just afford the lower skyline floors, which is if we are able to successfully reapply for higher loan amount
