Hi all! Yea skypeak prices are really significantly higher than the rest. Although the two remaining units facing outwards are quite high and attractive. My partner and I can barely just afford the lower skyline floors, which is if we are able to successfully reapply for higher loan amount

It was 3x, which probably made Skypeak impossible anyway on hindsight

What i understand is that before you sign the lease you can try to reapply HLE for a higher amount if your current approved HLE is too low. So for example you are taking West Terra and your current HLE loan amount is too low, and the lease signing let's say is next March, from now till March if you and/or your partner are able to earn more, you can reapply HLE before next March.

I don't think so can reapply, as skyline project keys already available.. so they will base on the current applied HLE. HLE also based on ur recent salary.. so after flats selection for those keys available, within 2-3 mths time will be keys collection..

Yup, that's possible. HDB has something on that. I can't remember where it is, but am pretty sure you can find it if you Google.

As far as i know one person is sufficient, as long as you bring all the documents required.

It's X. But honestly that brings us no joy now cos our loan amount allowed is too low to consider any of the more popular development like Skyline and Skypeak.

I think even if you don't get like X, 2X, 3X queue no. but you are looking at the popular developments you will still have quite a chance cos there will be people like me who can't afford them and most probably have to choose the more affordable developments.

It's rather a waste with X queue no. By the way, are you married with kids and parents staying in bb that actually brings you to a super great no.? At least u can secure the units u wanted with front numbers not afraid that others will get them. =)

Now HDB damn strict, if 1 person is not working the loan could be turn out to be low like crap.. can't even get a miserable 2-room unit.

Can try getting from Hong leong finance? They offered more than normal local bank. Cash payment is 5% if loan tenure <25 years. Down payment is 20% if tenure ≤ 25 years.

which area u referring to? cuz different areas has different selection dates.
