If buy plus/prime flat, can opt for standard subsidy, so I no need subject to subsidy recovery rates later?

Subsidy is built in to the flat price already. If no subsidy you will be asked to pay resale price for the BTO liao

hey, it looks different now. Now, HDB need us to choose the group of bto, not particular one project/building.
So does it mean if I choose building A, might ended up be given have to choose other building if building A is not avail anymore?
Is it like that?

yes so if u apply bedok u wan kembangan but maybe only get bayshore. maybe depend on queue number, if u earlier queue number then get to choose.
