they start collection at 3pm and I'm being allocated the time from 6pm to 9pm

No bad, while challenger only can advise to look out for your email 1 day before launch 19 Nov as to confirm the delivery. Till now cannot confirm it will be on 19 Nov when i send email in to enquire. =\

Oh ok..actually in email they got say my fulfillment date is 19 Nov. So shld be first batch too, just they cannot really confirm will be delivered on 19 Nov itself, have to look out for email on 18 Nov.

The store I preorder from also similar situation, no news & radio silence. No sms, no calls, no email. Nothing.

So I went to the store today & ask them if there's any update. They check & confirmed I'm in the first batch, can collect on 19 Nov onwards after 2pm. But they'll give specific timing to collect (eg. 6pm - 8pm). If don't want or not free, can collect another day like Fri/Sat.

They said they'll call all PO customers on Wed. So most likely, the store you order it from will inform you latest by Wed as well.

They mention a few things. Their store are allocated 80+ units only (Relatively small store, only 1 outlet in Sg). They confirmed zero stocks for walk-in customers. Next batch arriving next year in January/February. DualSense controller, I heard they have 4 stocks left. Accessories available in limited quantities.

While in the store, I saw some PS5 games like Godfall, NBA 2K21 etc. They've started selling it. But Demon's Souls, Spider-Man: Miles Morales they don't have it yet.

Nope, it's not been announced, so no way it's going to be available on 19 Nov. In the meantime, if you're handy in the workshop, you could probably put together a customized look on your own...

the white "shield" on the ps5 can remove easily, can either wait for official ps5 to sell if not can just order from taobao all these to buy. ps5 cant sue all these taobao seller to stop production one also.
