Sony confirmed to deny Bloomberg's report

Update: Sony has reached out to GamesIndustry.biz with the following statement denying the Bloomberg report:

“While we do not release details related to manufacturing, the information provided by Bloomberg is false," the statement reads.

"We have not changed the production number for PlayStation 5 since the start of mass production."

It's not known yet whether preorder open tomorrow, friday or next week. However once the preorder date is confirmed, I'll go on the first day.

Xbox Series S launch price is US$299!!

Delicious is 3080 launch price at US$699, but I’m getting 3090 :D sweet sweet

Uhm, series s is a budget version with no 4k support etc. Shld compare it with series x instead which is $499, so +- there.

If I interpret this correctly, all these PS4 games will be available as free games on PS5 at launch for PS+ members. Doesn't say how long they will be free (perhaps for a long time, not just 1 month?) and whether you keep them forever (as long as you remain member).

Wonder what's the local pricing are. The PS4 was sold at a markup price (of over $70) of $639 at launch.

Local price for series x is out right? I think Sony will probably try to match it.

Then again the availability might dictates the price.

wow certainly did not expect spiderman, sackboy and horizon forbidden west to be cross gen games. :s22:

Should be $700 for local stores. Hopefully can preorder from Sony directly.

think they cant jus tell everyone (who has been loyal) to abandon ship all at once~ :s22:

im guessing the 4K(maybe 60) version will be exclusive to PS5~
