How long does it take to repair? Mine also got a bit problem, think will only go down when the problem get worse.

I check other country, they all have 1 to 1 exchange even first batch controller can exchange but no sure why singapore cannot exchange.

around 10 mins for him to remove the cover, replace the spring and test.

so quite fast. went during lunch time.

It is quite annoying because a small finger rest will trigger the button.

Same man, 2019 I tried to do so but not allowing to change. Not sure why. So now, I just buy a new one to make life easier. A waste but better for the mind.

Ya, I think their exchange policy only protect themselves loh, no like other country.

For me, if it is a quality problem and still under warranty, I confirm die die want to go back and repair. But it is quite surprise that Ps5 controller's quality so bad when they are selling it at $99.9

That's fast. Mine got a bit of sound now. Will visit when get worse. Do you happen to know how long warrant period for controller?

Every time an unknown phone number called me and displayed on my mobile phone, I got nervous and butterflies at the very same time anticipating that it may be my POed supplier calling me telling me “Ur PS5 has arrived !” ... anyone behaving like I do ?! LOL ... but so far they were all telemarketing calls from banks ... KNS

Hahaha! I’ll have this feeling too if I know roughly the delivery date if they have stock. But now the date range is too far off and inaccurate, no feel liao. Damnit the waiting game, like beating final boss with scalpers XD

Last year Dec we also have second batch leh,now they get their second batch I think quite fair lo. If I am not wrong, Indo haven't even get their first batch. So just wait the news. Somemore they now MCO cannot even collect their PS5 from game shop.

Ya.refunded my ps4 disc and planned to get it later when PS5 version is out. But since they are not requesting back the disc, it is a bonus we no need to buy again later.
