Just received email to fill out a form for my cyberpunk physical disc refund which will be done over paypal and seems like we get to keep the game, not bad...=)

Not yet final if we still get to keep physical disk.

I also submitted mine as the game is **** even on ps5 lol. I'll probably wouldn't if my save isn't bugged preventing me to get the remaining 2 trophies for platinum.

Curious, how does their on-site refund work ah? Pass them your credit card then they manually deposit the amount into that account?

Yup pass them the credit card u use to pay for the PS5 and they will credit the $$$ back to this card

You will see the amount credit to your credit card within 3 business days

Yup. Very troublesome. Go all the way to HN Millenia Walk to get refund.

Singapore may have very limited stock for this Jan I think, if based on the last conversation that I had with BD staff there may delay a month instead of Jan-Feb.

Ya.refunded my ps4 disc and planned to get it later when PS5 version is out. But since they are not requesting back the disc, it is a bonus we no need to buy again later.

Good for you, they earned so much already don’t event bother to want the player to return the physical disc and also to do dmg recover for their reputation.

Yea, most likely they wont bother since it is more of a hassle for them if they were to make such arrangement, in which I doubt they going to resell or whatever when they have it back.

Yup, but before that when submitting the refund request, they will ask to submit photo of the physical disc and invoice as proof.
