It’s common sense but it’s super unethical hahaha ruining people’s entertainment for their own gain

do u think in this world, when u buy stuff or sell stuff, that u will think of another stranger?

Any business is to have profit, which ultimately is for own self gain too.

Unless you are a charitable person or functioning as a charity, to be honest most people dont really care about another stranger.

In online forums, people sure show how admirable they are that they nv scalp etc. U will never know what they do in carousel right? lol..

I can guarantee you, there are scalpers in this forums as well.

Same thing like if u drive a car and it omits out fumes, will u tell a stranger that u care for him so u sell your car and ride bicycle? Everything is own gain first. Its normal for people not to care or think about strangers when they already have family members and loved ones to care about haha..

bottom line, what he says is true. Realise only those who cant get a ps5 will sulk and curse the scalpers.

In the past years ppl buy iphones and sell to exporters at a much higher rate. The iphones get out of stock too. Do the console gamers get angry with these iphone buyers? They are scalpers too what.

No, because it doesn't affect them in any way.

They keep saying ps5 scalpers are unethical la, are idiots la etc etc..because it affects them that they cant get a set and feel disgruntled.

But to be honest, a scalper dont give a single hoot about all these comments, they are happily making money and thanking Sony for giving them a free ps5 along side with extra cash from all the profits they earn out of selling ps5

but its the honest truth. human beings are selfish. Only in public act all noble with ethics.

From the multiple listings in carousel from october last year till now, u already know there are alot of reselling going on and as that guy mention, its a "common sense" thing to do since not much ps5 games.

So u think everyone in this forum thread are the "noble" ones? from the hundreds of ps5 listing in carousel from last year till now, probably a bulk come from HWZ surfers who gets url updates on where to order etc and sell.

Its a normal thing la. dont need to go shoot down scalpers. its just to earn extra dough on the sideline. People can resell phones, shoes, limited edition game skins for more than their market value. The only most sore group apparently is the console audience.

I can picture a BBFA or a OTAKU nerd slamming his keyboard disgruntled that he cant get a PS5 so come to the forum and shoot down the scalpers hahaha.

yea its a normal day even before ps5 launch in Singapore la haha... for those who already have a good gaming PC, ps5 might still be a downgrade in terms of horsepower. Its mainly for the exclusives.

XSX for game pass. Just got thang few days ago then download many games to play via game pass

Ps5 only use for new games...which is not a lot anyway. So far play nba mostly and need wait few months for more interested games

humans are not ethical one la.. in public forum maybe ethical, in private, where will ethical one..

its the same as how companies go apply sole distribution of a certain product, dont let other vendors or companies sell a specific product in a region, so they can monopolize the market in that country. Its "unethical" but its business and its done legally. But if u look at another angle, they are ensuring no other competitors can sell the product to make profit, and they get the full profit for that product in that country.

In life, its just how you look things in diff perspective. hehe

I am not defending scalpers, i myself dont have a ps5 to sell lol. Already have my set and its collecting dust.

Just stating in general.Notice always its the console audience that makes alot of noise, but dont see other groups complaining. Example a shoe that is releasing by adidas, maybe only 300 pairs....got super long queue for it and 90 percent buy to resell, and they have a group page for resellers to sell and buy. The community respect the reselling.

But when it comes to console, the audience here behave differently hahaha. True all sort of reasons will be use saying that ps5 is not suppose to be limited edition bla bla ....but the quantity already makes it "limited edition".

u think scalpers only sell 1 set meh? Scalpers sell multiple sets esp in November, 1 set sell for 1.3 to 1.5k. Thats like almost $400 to $600 profit. Imagine they have 10 sets.. can amount to $6000 plus minus free money. I am sure even $400 can get you a good meal, unless your standard of good meal means fine dining at over $1000+. Dont think u will want to spend that amount la right? Because if u dont mind, i am sure u can afford to pay $900+ for a ps5 instead of waiting so long right? hahaha.

If i can easily afford a 1k meal, i am sure i dont mind throw $300 away to get a ps5 right away instead of needing to camp at a website, set auto refresh etc to even hope to get a ps5. Time is money for the rich~
