can PS4 play PS5 game?
normally i dun buy the 'fat' original version of PS. i normally get it when the 'slim' version is out. the 'fat' version will cost the most also since it is brand new release also.

worth it to get ps4 or 5?
They said the size is necessary for cooling. I won’t compromise that for a smaller console though. Never really liked the slim approach because just like PCs, smaller casing is not for peak performance builds.
Is it really true that the size affects the cooling?
i will wait for 2nd gen. 1st gen always got hardware problems. ps4 1st gen got blod, auto eject, heat issues etc.
btw did they mention anywhere ps5 will continue with psn plus?
Both should release around the same time. So you can buy both or one or the other.
Guess it depends on the kind of games you like. If you look at the exclusive games for each platform, PS4 >>> Xbox One. I would imagine it'll be similar with next gen.
Bigger size allows for better airflow within and having extra space for bigger heatsink and powerful fans etc.
I see. That means the slim version could be more prone to overheating?
PS5 or should i wait for project scarlet from xbox
slim use less power and generate less heat. in a way it is not prone to overheat despite being slightly smaller.
users whose ps4 console be it slim or standard have overheating problem is due to dust build up and putting their ps4 in a poorly ventilated place such as cupboard while playing. need to put it in a well ventilated place without blocking airflow and clean the air vents regularly.

But if the slim version uses less power, it must mean sth. It can’t be the same processing power while consuming less power, otherwise that would make the first ‘fat’ console look damn silly.
