So Nioh 1 and 2 are the same game? I was thinking of buying the bundle... The price diff between bundle and Nioh 2 is not that big. I'm thinking of buying AceCombatz.. Had good memory during school ... I saw review wasn't great.

Different game. But if you never played either before, don’t bother getting nioh 1, that game not refined enough. But if want to experience the story and missions, by all means go ahead. Each Nioh got until Ng+4 before you can even unlock end game content. So will be a long time before you get there on either game

haha I love dark souls 3 so much that I have it on both PC and PS platforms. Seriously last warning because too many OP players with dlc weapons camping at first few maps then come in kill you. The game had an extremely steep learning curve and can die very easily, plus usually not enough Estus when you finally arrive outside boss room.

sekiro…. I have the game but gave up after like 3-4 days, single player for this kind of souls game really not cut out for non hardcore players.

Nioh 2 is good because it’s not too difficult, after 2-3 days of farming can easily become way more powerful and the game will feel more fair compared to the rest of the souls series. Ng+7 and beyond in souls series… bosses have insane Hp and damage and it’s irritating. Worse in multiplayer when bosses Hp even higher, even 4 player coop also lose as the dlc bosses often 1-2 hit everyone.

Summoning help is much easier in nioh 2 where someone who actually cleared the game and with higher level and damage will carry you through the stage easily.
Actually I started my Soulsborne journey with:

SEKIRO (very steep learning curve for me but came out a more skilled player) > Salt & Sanctuary (halfway) > Nioh 1 (paused when Nioh collection releases) > Demon's Souls > Bloodborne (love this also) > Blasphemous > Mortal Shell

Going to do the Souls series next then hopefully back to Nioh.

I like Nioh but sometimes the weapons/armours/equip can become pretty overwhelming (end up will just throw/don't pick up). I appreciate the high level of customisation on the desired playing style/build/skills and there are many interesting items to use. Oh yeah not forgetting crafting new weapons/armours - I realise I keep too much equip, I end crafting just a bit only. Even the same type of weapons may have different attributed abilities (bonuses here and there) to combine/take away. I play single player - Summoning others will probably be my last resort if I'm really having trouble.

actually if want budget tv, why dont just get prism or xiaomi? much cheaper still got hdr. since budget ma =x
Because not all HDR are equal. The budget TVs have the most basic HDR 400 spec so that they are able to claim "HDR enabled". In some cases you might be better off turning HDR off and going with SDR, because the TV simply cannot output the brightness that the original HDR content intended.

true but i dunno..for me i own an LG CX OLED and a cheap xiaomi hdr tv.. both 65 inches.. i mention a few post back, spending that 6 times more on an OLED vs the xiaomi, the performance difference is not much. A normal user who dont put the tv side by side dont really will notice since resolution wise both is 4k.

I beg to differ. tonnes of people I know can tell the difference between a prism tv/xiaomi tv VS OLED tv man.

i mean of course there is a distinct color difference, i of course look at both tv's and i obviously know that there is a difference.

just that for a casual user, both will LOOK fine for watching shows with HDR content. i dont sulk or feel that my watching experience is degraded when i watch on my xiaomi tv tbh.

But still i chose to buy the OLED because i can easily afford those, so why not? Just being honest for those who are tight on budget that the money you pay for example 6 times more for a OLED 120hz tv isnt justify for the price. I am coming from a user who uses monitors that are 280hz as i play competitive fps previously. For the mass majority, a 4k 60hz tv will do fine.

And i try not to be so biased as to defend my purchases. Like since i have an OLED tv, then i go around telling OLED is the best bla bla. Trying to be as fair as possible. Dont wanna be fanboys defending purchases.
