How can you compare MIT to A-REIT?? One is like a football club playing in the champions league year in year out. The other is like a football cub that just promoted to premiere league this season. Personally, I would prefer the BBs to ignore MIT so it remain at a good price for us to load more in future!

On the MIT DRP, as a unitholder, 1% discount to VWAP is quite stingy. I wouldn't buy at current prices minus 1%, not to mention take on the problem of odd lots. Not participating.

I bought more MIT when I notice it started "buanging" a bit during Dec, no doubt affected by a slightly critical report by DBS Vickers on 6th Dec.

Glad to know it is maintaining an increasing DPU.
