If REITs go to 4% it means its time to reduce the buying and wait for opportunities... or take profit :)

If I am not wrong capitaland price is suppressed by china lingering concerns, but dun think it's impacting capitalmall trust performance cause it is fully driven by Singapore retail malls..

Correct me if I am wrong?

CMT has a 16% stake in Capital retail china trust.

I sold my Capital retail china trust then it raise again...
So unlucky...I should hold longer

you mean thats the definition for rental reversion?what if its positive rental reversion?meaning the rent increase?!!?:s11:

Positive rental reversion means rental rate increase. Also means 'huat ah!'

Negative rental reversion is vice versa lor......:D
