Me too. Can only expect more to come in once samurai QE comes into full effect in the coming months. We will be looking at a tsunami of cash inflow unprecedented to safe havens like REITS creating a bubble and when it leaves, all hell might break loose

For now, lets all enjoy the ride for what it is worth
