Interest rake / tapering tales are quite stale.
It was the fear of game over of emerging market that brought STI to 2900.

no remorse selling MIT and MLT, only remorse is having cash stuck in these counters while not being able to accumulate more on CMT, FCT and plife.

behavioral finance work in multiple ways, opportunity costs however is much more painful.

i have a noob qn. when i told my dad i bought suntec reit, he said "when does it expire?" i just look at him blankly and he said "u dunno reits got expiry date one meh?"

is this true? lol as far as i know, dont hv leh?

It's listed until they delist.

Did he receive dividends? In cheque or bank in account?

You know, there's so much anti-REIT propaganda out there, but this one I have not heard before. :D

really meh? can point me to some of the "ANTI-REIT" propoganda?
I've heard so much of the PROS of REIT, I want both side of the story :)
