Did First REIT give 0.95 cents or 1.02 during Dec for the units before the pte placement?

I remember them stating it was 0.95 cents then but according to the latest presentation released, it was 1.02?

0.95 cents was an initial estimation. But the finalised DPU was 1.02 cents.

Did it drop more than the dividend amount you are going to receive? If no, then what is there to regret?

Sabana Shari’ah Compliant REIT’s distribution policy is to distribute 100.0% of its Taxable Income (as defined herein) and tax-exempt income, if any, for the period from the Listing Date to 31 December 2012 and thereafter to distribute at least 90.0% of its Taxable Income and taxexempt income, if any (after deduction of applicable expenses).

Do your math to see if yield is still good enough for you

This is just inane! Just becos you dun understand the financial statements does not mean they do it half heartedly.

IMO, maple > Sabana > Lippo (but I'm biased against Indo assets and non-sponsored REIT) (Vested in Mapletree REITs)
